Programs

For students who are considering a career in music, our college at YCA offers three programs：

String Instruments Performance Diploma​

This is an advanced program designed to prepare erhu players for professional careers through private instruction, intensive solo practice, and ensemble performance experiences. A minimum of 4 courses (480 hours each) is required.

Plucked Instruments Performance Diploma

This is an advanced program designed to prepare Guzheng players for professional careers through private instruction, intensive solo practice, and ensemble performance experiences. A minimum of 8 courses (240 hours each) is required.

Writing for Theatre, Musical & Film

This program offers comprehensive training in creative writing for theatre, musical, and film, equipping students with the skills needed to excel as professional writers in the entertainment industry. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical application, students will develop the ability to create compelling narratives across various formats.
